So there is no Full versio for my router.Make sure you match the firmware to your actual hardware.

I tried the restart_wan command but the IP address does not change. I guess I need to find out what my ISP policy is for IP addresses?
Normally I work around 4-5m from router (in the same room, no obstruction), so I just tried it the result is the same, at 6 meter the speed even decreases.You're too close. Test at a more normal distance (3 to 10 metres, with minimal obstacles in between).

Maybe it's not your router that cannot sustain your ISP speeds? It seems like it is your clients.
