Plex media server on GT-AX6000 running on Debian stretch?

Hi all,

I had a great set up with RT-AC86U (Merlin firmware) and Plex via Debian (thanks to an old tutorial linked on the Merlin support page).

Is it possible to replicate this on my new GT-AX6000? I'm trying to follow the same tutorial but it just doesn't work...

So like in the below post. Those instructions seem pretty dated and I'm not really qualified to update them. It wouldn't never occurred to me to go that. I run Plex on a used Dell server which I bought at a local tech recycling company.
