New Around Here
I have a new Sony Bravia TV (android based) and was wondering if it was possible to get an android app to add VPN (just for the TV). I'm not sure, because I recall reading that the device (router/computer, etc.) needs to have enough CPU power to handle the encryption without compromising too much in the way of speed.
ALso, I'm interested in OpenVPN as the provider but may look at others.
Any suggested apps (if this can be done) would be appreciated.

Or, if there is no app that can run on the TV for VPN, I have an extra Netgear WNDR3700v4 router. Would it be a good second choice to set that router up as an access point in front of the TV and put DDWRT on it and use that connection only with a VPN connection?

Right now I have a 300/22 internet connection but am looking to downgrade in a couple of months to a 100/10 connection (if that makes a difference)
