Check out a product called smoke ping. It will show you when your connection is dead or struggling.

Did you see the problem before you installed the beta software on your router?

Thank but is for linux, i have windows 10.
No the problem is my provider and not Merlin :-)

I use Fibra and have no problem on same router as you. One thing is Lease time is 15 min.

In lease i have default value at 86400 (seconds) that in minutes are 1.440...so if i must set like you i must imput 900 minutes egual second at 54.000 ?

Okay maybe I was unclear, Fibra use lease time 900 sek 15 min to renew wan ip number.
Which provider do you use?
 
I try again...there is a program to control and verify the my connection, so visul when go down or when the band goes down..
