Problem with 386.4.0

When I try to use the Video Telehealth with Kaiser N. CA. it would not work once I upgraded the firmware to 386.4.0. I turned off firewall, AI Protection, and etc. nothing worked.
I then went back to 386.3.2 and put my settings back and it worked great.
So I upgraded back to 386.4.0 and sure enough it did not work.
Went back to 386.3.2 and it worked.

What could be happening with 386.4.0?
I am at a loss?

What kind of errors are you seeing when launching telemedicine? What do you see in the general log in AC88 when you attempt to connect?

I get no errors. No logs are generated when I attempt to connect.
I have found a different behavior. I went back to the newer firmware. It worked. Then after a few minutes it stopped working. If I take the ac88 out of the mix then it works 100% of the time. If I disconnect power from the router to reboot after I disable/enable the firewall then it works for a few minutes then stops working. I am doing my best to find how to keep duplicating the problem and keep duplicating the fix. I am not finding a connection yet. Any thoughts on how I can keep troubleshooting this?

What do you mean by this?
How are you "taking the ac88 out of the mix"?

Do you have your router connected to the Internet behind another router (double NAT) or something? Does this mean that when you turn off the ac88 and plug directly into the other router, your telehealth connection works?
