is there a way to send asus rc68u syslog to a syslog server? I'm thinking of setting up an alientvault and sending my server and router logs to it, though I don't see anything on the asus panels to configure that. I do see the latest AIprotect has some half baked email alerting, which may work ,but i'd rather just collect all the logs at home.

On the Administration -> System page, there's a field to enter the IP address of a remote syslog server.

NICE! Thanks. Now to figure out a hypervisor on my file server so i can get a AlienVault on it. Cause i need an SIEM? right? Don't i?

Only you can answer that question. Personally, I use a syslog file and a Mk1 eyeball.
