As displayed in the system log with all the log entries effectively shown again. Checked with both Safari and Chrome browsers. Not hardware related as it happened to two AC86U with different manufacturing dates.

The saved system log file is correct. Display error?

If the entries themselves are not significant here, clear the log and see what happens?

Both the first unit and the recent one showed this repeating log and noticed it recently with the first one on the latest firmware. Clearing did not help. Saving a copy of logs each day and monitoring.

First unit manufacturing date is 2017 (out of box firmware 382.15098) and second unit is 2018 (out of box firmware 382.18848)

Its likely a display error (display log entries to screen twice) as the saved text log file is fine.
 
It was a bug that was fixed a few firmware releases ago. The same content is just sent twice to the web interface, it's purely a visual issue.
