New Around Here
I'm presently running DD-WRT v3.0-r35452 std (03/20/18). I've upgraded the firmware many times using the .trx file downloaded from ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/ and the upgrade procedure from the DD-WRT menu.
Suddenly I cannot do this. The first step in the upgrade process is the uploading of the .trx file to the router. The progress indicator stalls at 1% and goes no further. The file is never uploaded and the upgrade never occurs. At this point I just close the window on the laptop to clear the stalled process and manually restart the router right back to 35452.
It's like I'm unable to write the file to the router. No error messages. Tried everything I could think of. Any ideas what might be the cause?
If this cannot be solved I'd abandon DDWRT and go to stock ASUS. Where can I get a procedure for this?
Thx
