Using NTFS on WD My Book with no problems. Did a test with 5 files downloading at the same time.

Are you on Asus Firmware? Your signature shows Merlin.

A lot of users seems to be having issue with the new DM update including me.

Yes. I am on Merlin. I just wanted to make the point that NTFS on the HD is probably not the cause of the problem.

I understand. Thanks for that... unfortunately I don't think there is a Merlin build for N65U... so I am using THIS.

Unfortunately, torrent downloads are wobbly on this. I do not get a steady speed like I used to get on the ASUS firmware.

HDD formatted to NTFS on this too...

I am having the exact same issue that you have described. I'm using the latest Merlin's firmware; the attached HDD where Download Master is installed, is NTFS.

Look forward to this being fixed by Asus.

Now I confirm after installing latest 4887 I am getting all sort of difficulties as mentioned above by other users on download master
