RT-AC87U / Merlin 380.61 - Slow WAN Speeds?

My Xfinity service was just updated to 200 mbps from 150 mbps.
In the past when running speed tests, I was getting 120 DL / 10 UP.
I expected that with a 150 mbps service.
Now that my service was expanded and a new modem is in place, the speed tests do not increase.
Once I disconnect the RT-87U and go naked into the modem, I am seeing 200 mbps.
Has anyone else run into this issue with RT-87U?
Xfinity has reset the modem numerous time, I have reset the ASUS numerous times.
Tried modem in bridge mode and normal mode, same results.

Anything special in your config (other apps running on the router) or default?
Try another network cable between router and PC, might be a faulty cable.
Otherwise try resetting tot Factory default, and do only a minimal config and test again

Found out by having QoS on, it was limiting it. I turned off QoS and now the speeds are above 230+
