In the traffic manger area there is a filter that you can toggle on to show subnet totals. It is a great feature to see a summary of the total data use overall and makes sense in the detailed list below the pie charts. But the pie charts should not display that information because it always takes up half the chart by default.

Is there a way to show the pie charts without the subnet included and still see the subnet value in the list below the pie charts when the filter is turned on to show subnet?

Not without modifying the firmware code, no. What is shown on the pie charts is hardcoded in the code, it's not user-configurable.
