But is it realted to more coverage ?

Transmission power of the radio, so yes.

if yes plz do tell me what can i do for 5g and 2.4ghz bands to improve it.

I don't know that you can individually set the max transmit power.
What does this show as available transmit power commands -
wl cmds | grep txpwr

See this for my Aussie RT-AX86U, the DFS channels have the lower transmit power:

why cant have both wl0 = 5GHz (1), wl1 = 5GHz (2) same channel list
36 40 44 48 52 56 60 64 100 104 108 112 116 120 124 128 132 136 140 144 149 153 157 161 165 169 173 177. Is there a difference in both 5 GHz ?

Yes, as I've stated twice previously. There's a distribution of channels across the 2 x 5GHz radios.
Go read Dong's info on tri/quad-band, particularly the section "Channels allocation, the 5GHz’s DFS, and band-splitting", and noting -
"In a traditional Tri-band broadcaster (2.4GHz + 5GHz + 5GHz), the first 5GHz band (5GHz-1) will get the lower channels (#1), and the 2nd 5GHz band (5GHz-2) gets the upper channels (#2).
If the broadcaster supports DFS, the 5GHz-1 gets up to channel 64, and the rest (100 and up) goes to 5GHz-2."

If your devices can't see 5GHz-1 it'll likely be because they can't use channels 36-64. You must've set your old RT-AC5300 to use the higher 5GHz channels.
 
everyone keeps suggesting to change the channel in range 149-165, but why Asus has no such range values ? is there specific reason for not supporting this range?
As several have repeatedly said, if your router is locked to a specific region then you are stuck with those channels that the region supports. Often governments specify the allowed WiFi channels for their country or region. Which is why some regions have different WiFi channel listings than others. If you can change the router's region then you can switch to a different region, one that supports more channels. If you cannot change the region then you will have to deal with the limited channels of that region you are locked into to.

On a side note, in your initial post you indicated using the ROG firmware version. Perhaps try the non ROG version (GT-AXE16000_3004_388.7_0_nand_squashfs.pkgtb) and see if that changes anything with respect to options or channels available. Otherwise you will either have to figure out how to change the region on the router, or workaround the region lock by selecting channels and disabling certain wireless options (as some have already indicated).

It's not locked to region , but I guess Asus has taken out change region option in firmware that used to exist previously. Would love to have that back and make everyone' life more easy. I was able to change region but if interface could provide that option would be very nice

Have you checked the non ROG firmware version on your router to see if the region option has been removed? Others have indicated (in the past) that the Region option (on the Wireless > Professional page) was only available on certain Chinese region routers. Otherwise the option appears to possibly be hidden by the Wireless > Professional page code (at least it appears so on my RT-AX86U Pro).

Note on the issue of changing the router's region, it appears per an old RMerlin post that; "discussions about region changing routers that are locked are forbidden on SNBForums." Something to be aware of when discussion the region option and trying to change it.

Folks. Manufacturers have locked down the ability to change region and power settings for a reason. If that is your focus, please take the discussion to another forum. These changes are illegal in the U.S., which is where this content is hosted. Since this has become the focus of this thread. I'm locking it.
