Hello. I have strange problem

I have lan ip set to 10.0.0.1 (dhcp 10.0.0.100-120) and yesterday internet stop working. When i set lan ip to 192.168.1.1 internet work ok. I use PPPoE, and i see that router have 2 wan ip, external delivered by my isp and 192.168.1.89
I think dns stop working when i use lan ip 10.x.x.x, becouse i can ping using ip adress but not when i use name.
I do factory reset, restet 30/30/30, flashing asuswrt fw and not help.
For test i flash Tomato by Shibby, and work ok with lan ip 10.x.x.x. Router have one wan ip etc.

2 days ago i update cfe .... if this change may cause problems?

Asus uses the 10.0.0.0 subnet for some internal features, so this might be causing some issues with your network. I recommend using a different subnet.

Thank RMerlin for your answer.
Earlier evertythink work ok, problems starts yesterday.
2 days ago i update cfe, and I think if it could have an impact for this situation???
And this two wan ip ??? Is this normal in asuswrt and your mod ? that wan ip have two places for ip in internet status windows???

How are you determining that you have two WAN IPs?

RMerlin look at the picture....
Second IP Adress for WAN IP, and second IP adress for Gateway.
IMO this is bug in fw, becouse when i test tomato then work ok and no other IP for WAN....

from friday to today internet work ok, but today evening again i see this strange behawior. Maybe something wrong in PPPoE ???

You are using PPPoE. That means you are getting a DHCP IP from your modem (which you probably didn't put in bridged mode as is recommended when using a router behind any modem), and a second IP from the PPPoE session.

There is nothing wrong with the firmware, you should either configure the modem into bridged mode, or at least disable its DHCP server.

The reason why Asus does get a DHCP IP is to support some ISPs that require a DHCP lease before they can establish a tunnel connection with the provider. This is the case with the Russian Beeline ISP for instance.

theoritically my modem (ubnt nanobridge) is set to bridge mode, but i cant access to them becouse is a isp property.
OK not fw , then what? And why no problem on tomato ?

other question...
I unplug wan cable and cant't open my router webinterface. It's normal ? After router restart webif is back.

btw. i disable "Special Requirement from ISP
Enable VPN + DHCP Connection - no"

maybe this can help ?

Simply that Tomato does not support those hybrid ISPs that rely on DHCP + tunnel WAN connections.

It might help. I've never looked as to what this setting did at the firmware level.
