System log - DDNS starting every 30 sec

So my system log is filling with

So looking at above I see that the watchdog runs Start ddns every 30sec. The issue I have is that I have a static IP, so this only needs to run less frequently.

Where do I look to change this ?

I checked crontab but it look like its not there.

The success is likely not recorded properly in nvram. What's the output of:

nvram get ddns_updated
nvram get ddns_return_code_chk

Try it a few times, ideally in the 30 seconds between updates.

What WAN IP retrieval method is used on the ddns page? Internal or external? Is the router WAN IP the same as the external IP the DDNS sees? Any double NAT?

I might just disable ddns as I have other dns names I can use that point to my static IP.
