I am experiencing some serious ping increase while i d/l some stuff with 80-100 MBit/s from the web.
I usually have a ping of 12-15ms. As soon as i start a download i see the ping increases in the router by 8000%-10000% => 1s of delay. Whats the take here ? I attached a pic of the problem.

This is a consequence of the current level of understanding that we have about networking queuing theory, combined with the widespread flaws in network buffering/queuing (commonly known as "bufferbloat").

You can globally improve latency with CoDel, or you can use QoS features to prioritize whatever traffic type you prefer. The problems encountered by saturating your download bitrate are best solved by either limiting the download bitrate at the client or limiting download by ~20%+ at the router (much more complex). tl;dr, Using 100% of any resource is bad for everyone else. Take steps to avoid that.
