Traffic monitor scale

Part of the Furniture
RT N16 with 36 beta1. When my WAN is through an android phone in failover mode, the traffic monitor pegs the internet traffic at 2.019 GB/s, and total traffic is reported around 336 GB. I think they're both off by a factor of 1000.

It works nifty though. Speedtest is around 30 mb/s.

Per IP, though, the numbers are bang on.

I think if you turn off HW acceleration you will see correct reports everywhere.

Disabled because of per-IP monitoring.

There's a known issue with USB devices, caused by monitoring not using the correct interface: https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-merlin/issues/430
