Hi. I have a 1TB WD My Passport external hdd connected to Asus AC68U usb 3.0. The ftp server is enable and all the folders have R/W permission, but i'm not able to create new folders trough ftp. When i try to do this i'll get the following message "An error occurred creating a new folder on the FTP server. Details: 550 2. Create directory operation failed". Can anyone help me?

Another issue that gives me headaches is when i use asus download master. After downloads are completed i'm not able to move them from "Complete" folder
to another folder.

English is not my native language so i'm sorry for the mistakes.

Thank you.

Hello again. When i access the ftp server over the internet i noticed that some folders have only rx rights. Don't know why since in the asus GUI interface all folders are set to r/w permissions. I've tried to change the permissions via ftp server using smart ftp but i'm getting the message "An error occurred changing the permissions on the file or folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to change this item. Details: 550 SITE CHMOD command failed". Some suggestions? Thank you.
