VPN and VLAN's

New Around Here
Hello more knowledgeable people,

I have an average to above average understanding of networking and terminology however I have been struggling to find a solution via google for the below question:

A) I want to set up 4 different SSID's each with its own VLAN
B) VLAN 1-3 routed to a different VPN service each
C) 4th VLAN routed to ISP
D) Static IP's for certain devices, more than likely on VLAN4

Concept is to "switch" region you select the appropriate wireless network. No need to have connectivity between separate VLAN.

So the question is as I cant find any information, is this possible (i cant see why not) and then what would be the recommended equipment? I am hoping I don't require full enterprise grade equipment, it looks like ubiquity might be able to do it. At least the AP's can do 4 SSID which is a good start.

Thank you for any information that can get me started down the correct path as random reading forums and google do not seem to be getting me anywhere.

You can do what you want with a cisco or commercial grade router.
You are not going to find those features on consumer models.
Cisco really works nice when it comes to VLAN and controlling each VLAN with QOS etc.
Cisco are great routers but when it comes to VPN they are not as slick as say ASUS with Merlin.
You will have to shop around and it will cost you a few dollars to do this.
I am really not sure which model would be appropriate for you.
I would go to a place that sells commercial routers and pick their brains :) I am sure you will find something that will work but it might be a bit expensive.
You can probably do this with a couple of routers but that's opening up a can of worms.
