I think maybe for now I’ll stick with the 571’s.

So with link aggregation, does that just involve running two cat 5 from the switch to the ap, one of which will perform Poe duties as well?
 
That's the way I understand it. Is your WAP571 bogged down to where you need more bandwidth on the backhaul? I kind of doubt it. You will need to push more than a gig through the wireless to need a bigger pipe on the back side.
 
Ah that’s fair enough.

At some point this week I am going to perform the throughput test and see what results I get.

If you were using your Cisco AP in a coffee shop or a restaurant then you might want to use a LAG where you have lots of connections and maybe a couple of gig internet pipes.
