Try doing a WHOIS lookup on those IPs, to see if the IP range still belongs to them.

If one is running VPN in client mode - might be useful to do some traceroutes from time to time - nobody wants to be routed thru Mount Weather, VA after all - other countries have similar things going on...

(US/UK/CA/AU/NZ share data... just saying, not trying to scare anyone)

Honestly though, it's probably a finger glitch on a config file...
