xdsl modem recommend it??

Hi, I'm looking for a device to operate as a xDSL modem in bridge mode, in other words, a separate xdsl modem connected via LAN to Asus RT-ac68u do everything else starting with PPPoE. Which modem do you recommend me ?

i can only comment on what we have found here in australia

define what type of dsl its needed for as

adsl

on short lines the tp link td w8817

on lone lines tp link td w8960N

short is under 2.5km from exchange or under 35db attenuation

on vdsl2

linksys x6200

ASUS DSL-AC52U

so are you on adsl or vdsl ?as xdsl is non descriptive

this is only usable for adsl

its broadcom however and should be able to be bridged for adsl

Td-w8961nd is good ? am i able to configure TD-W8960n/W8961nd as modem Bridge to Asus Rt68u call it PPPoE (user/pass) ?

its not a broadcom chipset so not good on long lines

yes once bridged and your isp uses pppoe as its connection method
