Are you perhaps using Entware on your USB stick?

I had to lower the sleep in autorun/scripts/post-mount.sh


I had some kind of race condition between Entware script remounting a lot of folders from the usb-stick, vs the AGH starting up.
Lowering the sleep from 30 to 20 solved by issue.

guess I could have seen that by looking at your log-files.

the difference seems to be in "AdGuard Home: Install OK. WAN is UP" vs "AdGuard Home: Install FAILED. WAN is UP"
I think because you are not using USB, it really needs to download the install file again after each reboot.

I can only imagine that this download sometimes fails.

Are you also using aegis?
As you can read above, aegis is sometimes blocking GitHub. And I think AGH needs to be downloaded from GitHub.

Thanks for the reply no I am not using aegis, I think you are right, it always needs to download after a reboot, but for some reason it fails, maybe that is when wireguard client is connecting, and it tries to get at the same exact time when there is no internet, and it just fails.

You need to remove the leading / from /kamoj-addon_240405.....
(now you say the files are in / instead of /tmp/mnt/sda1)

Or use the full path

what do you meaning "remove the leading"

I see bug with kamoj. When setting cron job to run every 30minutes it is not working, but once a hour cron job works.

Voxel is on it (R9000-V1.0.4.73HF)
I get on the router with Putty.
Now I type (with wget ... unfortunately there is an error):
curl -k -R -O https://voxel-firmware.com/Downloads/kamoj-addon_231212-145923-5.5b38_r9000.ipk
one and then:
/bin/opkg install --force-overwrite kamoj-addon_231212-145923-5.5b38_r9000.ipk
Unfortunately it always comes up failed to extract control...
What am I doing wrong? Unfortunately I can't find an answer in the FAQ

Since you are showing "the secret"/"for beta-testers only" download URL, I've decided to remove my addon from download.

Thank you for Your service to this community. ) And of course, Voxel's as well, and all the others that have contributed in making my R7800 as reliable as it can get.
I've been silently "testing" this addon for a long time now and find it irreplaceable, if You do find yourself updating it in the future, I'd still love to rock the latest versions of this addon.

I really respect your work and that of Voxel.
