    Everything is OK in my RT-AC56U, except that I cannot have access to the AICloud from the app or by web browser, I tried on LAN and WAN with no luck, I did reset the router after the firmware update I did it twice to make sure.

    Does USB 3.1 fixes 2.4 GHz interference?

    I'm wondering if USB 3.1 fixes 2.4 GHz interference? I'm starting to see that some manufactures are starting to implement USB3.1, and if it fixes the 2.4GHz I think asus could put it in their next router or at least I hope.

    As far as I know Merlin is working on .50 which adds AIprotection and Trendmicro. but only him knows when it will be released. so far asus only released it to the AC68U.

    You should do a factory reset to both, the router and the camera as mreckhof said this cameras are very picky to the slightest changes, even updates. As an example, I have to factory reset my camera after every update, if I don't it acts lagy, signal drops etc, etc.

    Looking for feedback: Samba upgrade

    The upgrade fixes some security issues, but this are home routers and only trusted clients access the hard drive at my house, I have set guest WiFi that I give to visitors and I block the intranet access. I will just say to keep the current samba for now.
