My suggestion - don't disturb AiMesh for no reason. Not the best home "mesh" system, may be fragile with different units on different firmware and your wireless "nodes" are in fact repeaters generating 2x wireless traffic or... radiation. Don't stop radios at night and don't reboot the main unit. You are making it worse. Your cellphones at home are much stronger RF emitters than your routers, you can't stop radar/radio/TV waves around, you have no control over nearby cell towers nor your neighbor's Wi-Fi. If you are really concerned about radio waves health impact - invest in Ethernet infrastructure and use multiple low power 50-100mW access points instead of up to 1000mW gaming routers. Your Wi-Fi will be much better as well. Not an expert - use professional help. May cost you few thousand dollars, but with your understanding of things - they go towards your family's health.

Thank you @Tech9 , if AIMESH + scheduler cannot work properly (temporary I will continue to use the work-around I have which haven't saw any disconnection) officially and its a known issue, the next step would be to use a wifi smart plug to turn on/off the power of routers then...

Interesting. What will switch the Wi-Fi smart plugs back ON with no Wi-Fi?

@Tech9: e.g. tasmota plugs are programmable. They switch without any connection. But they send radiation. ;-)

An electronic (non-wifi) digital timer was what I was going to suggest if this is truly a concern.

You may want to invest in an RF metre to see if there is really any substantial benefit. There is likely more ambient radiation from sources you cannot controll.
