Seem like restarting and channel 36 boosted it up to 380mbps. Still... where is my missing at least 200mbps...

Keep in mind that wifi is a shared medium. The actual throughput will be influenced by a number of factors:

- The link rate (throughput will typically be around 50-75% of the link rate)
- Who else on your LAN is also using Wifi at the same time
- Which of your neighbours are using wifi on the same or a neighbour channel
- What interference sources exist in the same radio band as your wifi

...

Tried with disabled jumbo frame but it has no effect at all.
Tried to disable beamforming completely, tried to disable one of them, it has no effect.

yeah speedtest. If I connect thru cable, router gives full 1gbps easily. Only wifi causes problems now. And I assure pc is capable of wifi speeds because it was pulling at least ~700mbps before on 5ghz.

So only problem is wifi, I really tested sooo many different options, nothing works.

Make sure Jumbo frames is disabled or enabled on all network devices.

What 5 GHz link rate is being reported?

Sorry no idea whats link rate ;s
I tested it in time when nobody else is using wifi, also even if they are connected it shouldn't do any real load, mostly its just mobile devices.
Would neighbour wifi affect it if I'm seriously 2-3 meters from router with no walls? Also this house has magical walls that don't let anything thru them nearly so probably they should block neighbours off >.>
I don't know what other sources could be here, there is literally nothing else than phone and my pc and air purifier :<

It still doesn't explains why it was able to reach much better speeds before in exactly same environment.

The rate can also be seen on the router under System Log -> Wireless Log

Yes. Having a stronger signal will not necessarily completely offset any other activity occurring on the same radio frequency.

BTW don't get TOO close, as a signal that's too strong might cause issues. Test from a few meters away just to be safe.

That's one reason why an outside interference source is to be considered, could be an external change.

Have you tried reverting to the previous firmware that you were using?

Have you reset your MBP network settings? It may be an update there that is causing you this frustration.
