Chuckle, that might well be social media?!
I prefer to think of SNB as a learned/learning forum........
(Ducks for Cover).
Don’t even joke about SNB being the next Big Thing in social media: I’m blacklisting this site for 48 hours and will then check to see if things have returned to normal.

amtm update pushed, no version change

- Code logic changes
- Enhanced third party script names when not installed (i)
- Typo fix, Disk check script version increased to 2.4, will auto-update

Use u to update.

Nice improvements to the script naming scheme.

So the question is, red pill, or blue??

I use these tools because that's how people connect today. No Facebook tough, I deleted my accounts a while ago. But WhatsApp cannot be avoided in Family, Friends and Business communication today, it's ubiquitous. Twitter is the less intrusive way IMHO to spread news, so I use that for Diversion.
I have not eaten any breakfast despite it being 08:18 AM, oh my, what's wrong with me? :D

The people I deal with are still telephone, email, and rarely, text, just how it should be. And there better be a good reason to connect with any of those. :)

We'll leave it at that. To each their own, I accomodate all with my announcements.

I'm ancient! But I'm not pre-historic! :D
Tick the century you were born in:
[ ] I represent eternity
[ ] 19th
[ ] 20th
[ ] 21st

What if someone is from the future?? [emoji1787][emoji1787]
Ahh, Dr. Emmett Brown, fixed:

Tick box that most accurately represents the period you were born (in this universe):
[ ] I represent eternity
[ ] 19th century
[ ] 20th century
[ ] 21st century
[ ] I know all about 1.21 Gigawatts!

I thought you'd go more this route.
[ ] Whats internet?
[ ] Dialup
[ ] Broadband
[ ] My mind is connected directly to internet (Future guy)

I'm actually finding more and more that Telegram is where people interact (outside of the FANGs/Big Data, if that's even possible anymore), with What'sApp being, like, SO 2016. and Discord may be simmering away on the back burner. bonus to these is you can maintain privacy, get notifications AND have a voice chat. (how cool would it be to have the person who wrote the code walk you through a config/setup/troubleshoot in real time by voice?)

There's a new job in this burgeoning digital economy: migrating users from one platform to the next...communication migration specialist/guru/ninja/wizard? It's like you've got to be a shepherd, a mama duck, the tip of the spear...

anyway... scribe: does one need entware installed, or does the script simply install what it needs? I can't seem to find any indication one way or another, but I'm leaning towards the implication that entware needs to be installed. is that correct?

I'm aware, but go change the unchangeable!

Entware is required for scribe and will abort if not found. amtm can install Entware. Diversion installs Entware too, it relies on it.

Thank you. I appreciate the clarity and directness.

About the other: as privacy and security become more of a prevalent concern for the majority of people with any type of communications device, they’ll start to look for alternatives that don’t require surrendering that personal data to a faceless corporation (like their government, for instance).
