Hey all.

I am sorry to read that BE86U will be dualband (2.4 and 5 Ghz). I was hoped that it would be triband, including 6 Ghz. Anyone knows about an upcoming medium class ASUS BE router, that is both triband and might be supported by Merlin?

Regards

John

If it's tri-band, then it's not middle class. The third radio adds to the cost.

What you are looking for is the RT-BE96U.

If you're willing to wait a couple months, the RT-BE92U will be tri-band and much much cheaper. No word yet on future Merlin support though.

I was hoping to find an M.2 Wifi 7 card that is 4x4 and be used with any hardware. (Intel/AMD/Arm)
If it doesn't exist, I prioritize having optional hardware.

Which M.2 is recommended?

Do you have a link to a page that regularly comes up with news regarding network cards?

Kind regards
