Hello
With the first Asus firmware ( 3.0.0.4.374.130 ) there functioned the USB hard disk.
Then I have installed the newest Asus firmware (3.0.0.4.374.726 ) and the USB hard disk did not go any more.
I have connected the hard drive to my computer and delete all test files.
Windows 8 reformatted and then connected to the router and is not detected correctly.
The error is always:
hotplug[698]: USB /dev/sda1(ntfs) failed to mount at the first try!
Hardrive Modell: Western Digital Elements 3000GB USB 2.0
Formatted in ntfs
In the router admin interface the hard drive on the first USB port appears!
I have unplugged the HDD power supply and the USB HDD connector but brings about nothing. The router several times restarted but no success.
ASUS RT-AC66U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.374.130 working!!
ASUS RT-AC66U Firmware Version 3.0.0.4.374.726 not working!!
Asuswrt-Merlin 3.0.0.4.374.33 Beta 3 notworking!!
I have the router about two weeks.
And all other things go without problems!
Sorry my English is bad
Thank you very much
