May want to try and forget the connection on that device. Then rejoin. That has been known to help these types of issues especially when there is a driver change with the router. Sounds like snake oil I know but it is documented to help sometimes. More info hereOh trust me, the intel software was never part of the equation hehe. I just unpacked the drivers and manually installed the required files using device manager. But I will try and play around with the advanced settings to see if they make a difference. I have been using the merlin fw for a while now ( have gone through 3 asus router) and I never had an issue like this, so I just wanted to let someone know just in case. I appreciate all your help
