Yes, you found your best channel. My point is, it’s not necessarily 1-6-11, as many still believe. The Wi-Fi technology got smarter and pushes higher data rates through crowded environments. We can’t change the environment, but we can do better technology. This is why newer APs and All-In-One routers reach further and transmit data faster, still fitting in the same Tx power regulations.

How does this look in today's new routers (e.g. BE88u). Should we still disable these four settings? If so, both 2.4 and 5ghz?

Airtime fairness still wreaks havok with iot systems. Leave disabled.
