Best firmware (Asuswrt or Asuswrt-Merlin) for GT-AX6000 router

Hello, is there anyone using the Experimental ROG UI from Merlin?
I'm curious to know how it looks like.

I know its old thread but I am curious what you choose and how is this Experimental ROG UI from Merlin?

I've used the currently supplied Asus 3006 branch firmware, but I've fallen back to the Merlin 3004 branch. My reason comes down to my using DynV6 DDNS and my ISP being BT(UK) - My IPv4 address might not change for more than a month, but my IPv6 address (prefix) could change more than once a day. It's not the easiest thing in the world to get Inadyn on Asus 3006 to reliably update the IPv6 address if the IPv4 address hasn't changed, whereas on Merlin I can VERY RELIABLY run my own script!
*At the end of the day I'm lazy, and I need that DDNS to work, using Merlin's firmware makes it easier!
