Updated my two RT-AC68U's (Router and Access Point) from 380.69.2 to 384.3 Beta. Working great! Thanks Merlin!
Donated a meager amount again to show my appreciation of the work involved to maintain this effort. Encourage others to do the same to make it worth his while.

Did you reset to factory after upgrade? curious. thanks

Is there anyway to guarantee of formatted memory to wipe everything?
I still cant get 382 or 384 working stable.
380 works perfectly. Could it be the Router itself?

System log in the web gui appear twice, while saved file is normal.

And I got this error in browser console. Advanced_VPN_OpenVPN.asp
Code:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'href' of null httpApi.js:390
    at Object.faqURL (httpApi.js:390)
    at initial (Advanced_VPN_OpenVPN.asp:172)
    at onload (Advanced_VPN_OpenVPN.asp:1076)

Can you provide more context? What model of device, issue, error msg etc.
It is a RT AC3100. No revision number.
I could not get the 382 or 384 to work.
So for right now I went back to the ASUS firmware revision 384_20308 it just works.
When the firmware comes out of beta I will try it gain. I love the functionality and response of the Merlin firmware.

With this : It will erase Nvram
Turn off the router, press the WPS button , then turn on the router. Wait about 10 seconds, then release the WPS button, wait 3 min and reconfig from beginning.Dont import old settings

What's used instead?

EDIT: Apparently /jffs/nvram/dhcp_staticlist (restoring that from a backup restored the list)

Don't directly access that file, use the nvram function to access dhcp_staticlist instead. On the RT-AC86U, it will use that file, but on every other models it will use the nvram.

Do need to reset the router in order to get ctf+ fa again with 384.3_beta2

See my post #158

My NAT choices are Auto and Disable. Using Auto.

Same here, using auto as well.

no fa.PNG

No, I haven't done a factory reset for about the last 4-5 upgrades. I kept screen-shots, notes, links, etc., of all the configuration screens in a OneNote file for when I did have to reset and configure, but haven't had to refer to it for months.

Try a factory default reset and manually reconfiguring everything. Me and another developer have had this message happen only once, and we haven't seen it again since then - that was a few weeks ago.

I’ve set everything from scratch and the problem persists. I don’t know if this can affect the functionality of AIProtection or cause any other kind of problems.

This spam message appears in the log just after disabling the 5G radio band and disappears when reactivated :
