On the 378.55.0 Firmware the Enable JFFS Partition is not available.
in the Firmware Upgrade panel I have this warning, WARNING: you have JFFS enabled. Make sure you have a backup of its content, as upgrading your firmware MIGHT overwrite it!

is that Normal?

Yes, that's normal. The JFFS2 partition is always enabled now, as Asus is now using it for storing data, such as the OpenVPN key/certs.

The overwrite warning is only if you either have an RT-N66U (which shares one single 32 MB chip for both the firmware and the JFFS), or if you are flashing a firmware that increases the size of the firmware partition (which is unlikely to happen for quite a while now, plenty of space left with the new 64 MB partition size).

That is a normal precautionary warning. You should do what is says to be on the safe side. Although I have yet to see a firmware update delete my files in /jffs/ it is strongly recommended to have a backup.
The option "Enable JFFS custom scripts and configs" in *.55 enables the JFFS partition.

No My Model is the RT-AC66U ( In AP Mode) and only use as a torrent download, seeding and Media services and servers. I still have one question Just to be on safe side how does I make the backup of the JFFS2?

Thank you to thelonelycoder & Rmerlin for your answer.

Enable ssh and use WinSCP to login with your router login/pw. Use SCP as the protocoll. Navigate to the jffs directory and download the files to your PC.

If you never created any custom config/scripts or don't use OpenVPN then there's nothing to backup.
