Hi AndreiV the response i get from the address is.....I do not understand why you are doing any of this. With the Vigor 130 and your router you can see the modem stats without any fiddling or coding required.
Simply type 192.168.2.1 into a browser and log in to the modem GUI. The web console gives you everything you need.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
