Hi Ive been experiencing connection problems ever since I installed my new Dlink dir825 router. Have called their customer service a dozen times but still couldnt resolve my problem so I hope I could find the answer I want here.
Well Iam using a cable connection and everything works fine without going through the router. However as soon as I hook up my new router, connection speed are frequently slow or simply get disconnected completely. This is ture for both my wired and wireless connections. Any possible suggestions to the problem? Many thanks.
