Hello all,
I am hoping someone can help me out. I recently purchased an AC68U and suddenly last night I started having an issue with it.
Last night the internet just cut out. I thought it was a Comcast issue, but after testing the modem and talking to an agent my modem is fine. Internet works when directly attached to it and the internet phone is working fine.
My ASUS router seems to be working for all but the internet. All clients can connect, the USB drive is accessible, it has pulled an external WAN IP address etc.. but still nothing connected to it (WIFI or wire) can access the internet.
I have tried rebooting it, resetting it to factory, flashed Merlin, flashed most recent Asus firmware (currently still running it) and still no internet.
I am no networking guru by any means, so I am hoping someone can help me out with other things to try before I send it back.
