How can i see my Upload and Download speeds ?

So i am running Merlin 380.58_0 on RT-AC66U and all is great but have i missed where to see your speeds or is it not visible in the GUI ?. I am on Sky Fibre and am also using a unlocked HG612 in which i can see my speeds but it's a pain to keep swapping the ethernet cable over and re configuring the NIC, if this is not possible in the Merlin GUI is their a way to see my HG612 GUI without all the hassle.

speedtest.net there is no "built-in" test i aware of even QOS test links to speedtest.net
