No for some reason central time zone is 1 hour earlier than it should be I have to mess with Microsoft by turning it off- even a centos install, beginning to wonder if the modem is lying as well...
That's my next battle, time and dns and radius servers, in a vm baremetal, nas perhaps.....

The database used for the time setting is out of date and cannot be fixed by RMerlin, this is Asus's call.
Fiddle with the manual setting to set it right. Even daylight saving hast to be manually set to make it work correctly with your timezone.
