The only information I've found to be useful is the rate of change of downstream Post RS errors (and of course the network log). But then I'm probably lucky in that I tend not to have too many problems with my connection.Sneak peek:

My snrs dropped to 26 last week, which resulted in 10mbps instead of the usual 350. When speeds returned, i got 39ish snr again. strange that its only loading css files. can you tick preserve log and disable cache, then refresh while on the page please?
