Needs some help on setting up WAP571 correctly

Change the Bridge Priority to something low like 1024 so that it is lower than any other device on your network and that should do it.

@ddaenen1

That's a Netgear switch correct?

You have to set the priority of the switch. Let me go plug one of mine in and I'll get you some pictures.

Yes, it is a Netgear GS752TP. I did disable STP as indicated earlier but that never changed anything to the situation. I am still getting the same errors in the log.

@coxhaus , i was on vacation the past week. Here some screenshots of the config. starting with the radio settings

Can you post your administration screen? It is under administration on the menu.

Not much to see in the administration screen - is this the one you mean or something else?

I wanted to read the release notes for the firmware version you are running. I don't see anything other than it looks like you are running a non-USA version. I don't know where you are located, I guess out of country. If you are located in the USA then you have the wrong hardware.

I am living in Belgium hence the non-US version.

I seem to have lost Cisco's countries for hardware. I think E stands for Europe and Middle East now and England is UK now but I can't seem to located it.

UK is also within the "E". I bought one of my WAP571's in the UK.
