87u never had repeater mode.Loaded this firmware up onto my 87U, there's no repeater mode??
Both alpha 1 and 2 are beautiful on my 5300...fyi! Just got alpha 2 installed, but it looks as solid as the 1 build.
Fantastic 384.4 is looking to be a very stable release for the RT 5300. Am holding out for the final release
Keep up the great work @RMerlin and all testers

RT–AC87u 384.4 Alpha 1 and now in Alpha 2 as well... I did a full reset after installed Alpha1, I did not reset after updating to Alpha2... does anybody have the same issue?
Cheers,

Also disable qos then reboot to see if it helps.

Right then, change qos priorities and set the per packet overhead if you haven't already done so.Thanks for the reply... I am not running the FreshJR QoS script....
All it means is that qos is running and it can't change the configuration while it's in use if you still have issues just upgrading the script or factory reset.Wow thats exactly the issue im having on 384.3. I assumed it was related to freshjr faketc stuff but it appears its maybe fw related. Im running ac3190
well ive tried everything I think.. so if I like turn off qos, power cycle, reboot everything should be fine? cuz it isn't. as soon as I turn on qos that's the spam I get everytimeAll it means is that qos is running and it can't change the configuration while it's in use if you still have issues just upgrading the script or factory reset.
I think that's a kernel crash, had a few of those and had to manually reboot for things to work again properly.
Anything installed like Transmission, Skynet?
