Is it possible to restrict access to certain websites to a certain time of the day.
I would like to be able to allow my kids on https://youtube.com to each of my kids to certain hours of the day.

Any help is welcome.

Thank you

Hi,

I have the older AC66U and in the Parental Control setting, after you enable it *and* add a MAC/IP to restrict, you can edit the times to allow or deny. I do not know if it also works on the AC68U, but since most ASUS routers use the same Parental Control "engine", I suspect it supports that too

Unfortunately, at least on the AC66U, you can't specify a URL filtering to allow/disallow

Thanks for the reply and offer of help.
I was aware of of what you told me, it is coming in very handy.

Is anyone else aware of how to place time restrictions or https websites. Or even a total block ?

Not through the web interface I think, but you could do it by using Merlin's custom scripts and in there use iptables to block outgoing port 443. For example you can place it in the wan-start script so it will be executed each time after router reboot and when the WAN comes up
