I just bought the AX55 and updated to the latest firmware and all my TP-Link Kasa smart plugs and switched quit working reliably. I saw this thread and downgrade mine back to August 11th firmware Version 3.0.0.4.386.43597 and it works like it used to on my old RT-ac66 router. I didn't change any settings, only downgrade the firmware and it fixed it. There is definitely something wrong with versions after this. Same problem, but on a different Asus router.Did you find the solution for this? My 2.4 network has been dropping and not allowing some of my smart home devices to connect.
