Listen, I don't even know what this guy @Viktor Jaep is. I have some suspicions it's a ChatGPT bot. Stops here from time to time and drops some code no one understands. Look at the signature how many MONs it generated. Does it look like a normal human behavior to you? I've tried sending a private message once and it returned some machine code. I had to search @Tech9 code to read it and strangely my frontal camera lost image momentarily in the process. Don't trust anything online.

LOL, glad to hear it mate. If I am going to drop cash and time and effort I need to keep things on the straight and narrow, this shirt stresses me out (house of 3 women who demand 24/7 wifi!!) The most practical thing you can do is to get one more AX86U/S for cheap used. Take your 3 women out with the rest of the money, seriously. There are other options, but you already have 2x good routers. Your wired backhaul will make AiMesh more stable. We can explore options on your next system upgrade.

You can get a new AX86U Pro from many places. This router is a different hardware though running different firmware and with different 5GHz radio. The idea was to have identical hardware routers on the same firmware and for cheap, remember? If you can't find a cheap matching AX86U/S then get this one. We have folks around using AX86U Pro router with AX86U node in AiMesh successfully. You just have to update the routers with respective firmware whenever it becomes available and your Pro router at some point will move to 3.0.0.6 firmware with your non-Pro nodes remaining on 3.0.0.4 firmware. How well this will work - I don't know.
