Skynet uses publicly available block lists. Every once in awhile people either maliciously or inadvertently add legitimate sites to the block lists. Or sometimes shared hosts can become compromised. Or people add country block lists not realizing they would be clocking a site hosted in X region. Best bet is to lookup the blocked ip in skynet and see the reason it blocked it. You can then decide how to proceed by either whitelisting it or removing the ofending reason it was blocked.Just run into this problem, Skynet had duckduckgo.com IP banned, had to manually unban the IP in the amtm cli.
But why?
ps wrong forum, cannot delete and repost myself, sorry

I am a duckduckgo.com user. I see the IPv4 for duckduckgo.com was addd to the skynet whitelist. I didn't to it myself. So check Skynet for any updates.
