Something Not working correctly with hostname of router screwing up Time Machine

I was no able to fix this problem but I made my life a lot easier by having my Mac constantly running a monitering script to keep this problem at bay.
So for people who don't want to setup a special computer to run a monitoring script I think this should be looked at more ! IDK if its @RMerlin who does that or its something wrong with the firmware from ASUS? This still happens to me as well and the way I resolve it is by putting in services-start
sleep 600 # sleep for 600 seconds
service restart_timemachine

Or, simply use the IP address if you are having issues with the hostname.
