The amtm update command does not work when using 2x WAN.

Hello esteemed group. I cannot check for package updates when 2x WAN is active and running in load balancing mode. Ping in PuTTY works, and the router can ping domain names - the ping returns. However, when checking for package updates, it shows the package name and "upd err." Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
