I am getting ready to start a home based business that will have 50 wireless e line 4g cameras

I need up to 1000 people to be able to view and take video on their smart phone at any of the 50 cameras at any time.
So my question is do i need to buy a NAS and get a T1 connection for all of this.
The cameras stream via the cloud and have on board storage but I need to have a master storage area.
