Web UI not responding/loading anymore

Hey guys,
Just out of the blue the web UI won't load up anymore.
I don't know if this was leading up to it but Core 1 was at 100% for the longest time. Why? I don't know.
Maybe the HTTP server crashed? If so, how can I restore it? Unplug it and reboot the router? I never changed the settings so I don't know if SSH is enabled.

I pulled the power, gave it a hard reboot and it's working perfectly again.
That was weird.
