Why do some websites show Not Secure in Chrome?

i just started noticing that some websites do not show as secured.

Is there a setting I am not using in Merlin (384.7)?

My LAN (DHCP Server tab) & WAN DNS settings are also attached.

This has nothing to do with the router or firmware. If anything its your browser.
 
Chrome started showing http:// addresses as not secure.
 
This is because Chrome now marks all unencrypted websites as explicitly 'not secure'. Most of it will be visible to all HTTP sites, which will now display a “Not Secure” image in the address bar, because it isn’t encrypted, which means that any data shared between you and a website isn’t scrambled.
 
And here I thought it was Diversion.
I had just reinstalled the full w/pixelserv after making changes on my network IP addressing.
